Job Responsibility

Liaise with Project Managers during design development to construction stage to ensure services support systems comply with regulations
Carry out preliminary designs and design checks on proposed support systems
Assess that secondary steelwork load is within capacity of primary structure
Carry out temporary works design
Liaise with Project Supervisor Construction Stage and Site Safety Manager
Package design work for formal checking
Ensure QA requirements associated with design work are fulfilled

Assist PM in assuring design responsibility is set out to subcontractor
