Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in a technical field. 5+ years of demonstrated ability in manufacturing. Experience in Steam Sterilization is a plus. Ability to manage department activities through full supervision of cost, methods, and employees. Proficient in interpreting and analyzing statistical data, financial reports, and resolving technical difficulties. Knowledge of World Class manufacturing methods (QLP, Lean, Six Sigma), GMP, FDA guidelines, and process validation. Ability to comprehend and adhere to safety and quality guidelines. Basic English written and oral communication skills. Flexibility to work any shift, primarily second shift Monday through Friday with occasional weekends
