Job Description

One of Phiily's favorite steakhouses is searching for a manager! This leader will work hand in hand with the service team to ensure all service standards are being met and expectations are exceeded. This individual must have strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in high-volume fine dining (over $10 million) or upscale restaurant
  • Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
  • Cognizant of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
