Job Responsibility:

  • Support the design, setup, and monitoring of incrementality tests (A/B tests, geoexperiments, PSA tests, audience holdouts, etc.) across digital paid media( search, social, programmatic, retail media, etc.)
  • Act as the organizational authority on how paid media contributes incremental value
  • Architect robust and scalable testing frameworks: Geomatched market experiments, Audience holdout strategies, Quasiexperimental designs, Sequential testing frameworks
  • Conduct statistical analyses under the guidance of senior analysts, including: Hypothesis testing, Confidence interval estimation, Causal inference basics, Regression modeling, Multivariate and timeseries models, Bayesian approaches to experimentation
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and experiment automation
  • Assist in the creation of test documentation, experiment plans, and analysis reports
  • Visualize results and insights using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)
  • Evaluate and integrate external incrementality solutions or measurement partners as needed
  • Collaborate with media teams to ensure proper test execution (traffic allocation, audience segmentation, tracking accuracy)
  • Contribute to a growing knowledge base of best practices for experimentation and incrementality measurement
  • Validate data quality and ensure analytical rigor in all outputs

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in statistical analysis, data science, marketing science, or measurement science
  • Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Data Management, Applied Mathematics or Computer Science
  • Deep expertise in experimental design and causal inference, including regression discontinuity, propensity score modeling, synthetic control methods, and difference‑in‑differences
  • Proficiency in Python and R/or SQL, and advanced statistical libraries, with demonstrated experience running incrementality tests for paid media
  • Strong ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non‑technical partners and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience shaping and driving organizational measurement strategy

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in ecommerce environments with high‑velocity paid media spend
  • familiarity with MTA/MMM solutions and how they complement incrementality testing
  • knowledge of ad‑platform incrementality tools such as Google Ghost Ads, Meta Conversion Lift, and Amazon IAT
  • Leadership experience in BI, Analytics, or Marketing Science teams
