Job Description:

Are you ready to kick-start your career in the exciting world of aviation? Look no further! We're on the hunt for a bright, energetic Station Operations Coordinator to join our fantastic team at Brussels Airport.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring our airport operations run like clockwork
You will cover a variety of shifts including weekend and Public Holidays
Becoming the go-to TUI person for all things at the airport
Keeping an eagle eye on our suppliers and making sure they're top-notch
Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and safety investigations
Manage relationships with airport authorities and government agencies
Sharing your brilliant ideas to make things even better
Occasionally stepping into the spotlight for senior management, if needed.

Requirements:

A fresh face eager to learn the ropes of aviation (experience is a bonus, but not a must!)
A self-starter who loves teamwork and isn't afraid to take the lead
Someone who can juggle multiple tasks and still keep smiling
A people person who can charm everyone from colleagues to suppliers
A creative thinker who can solve problems
A clear communicator in English, Dutch, and French, with ability to influence, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the local operation and gain support and commitment from line managers and employees across the business and third parties.
