Job Description:

Nile Air Station Officer role is a multi-disciplinary operational role responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of ground activities at the airport. This position acts as a front-line leader and ambassador. This job is a shift-based job.

Job Responsibility:

  • Interacts with customers, with a special focus on VIPs and special need passengers
  • He / She shall always be present and visible when company activities take place at the airport
  • Provides adequate assistance to the Airport Duty Manager and his / her subordinates to fulfil all responsibilities and activities
  • Checks in passengers and luggage
  • Checks visas and travel documents
  • Coordinates with authorities for the departures and arrivals
  • Boards passengers to flights
  • Guides passengers to gates
  • Ensures load sheet is prepared and maintained a copy
  • Ensures luggage is secured and well handled
  • Must be aware of her/his role within the Safety Management System of the company
  • Responsible for complying with the applicable laws, regulations, and procedures in all locations where operations are conducted
  • In addition to his / her responsibilities and due to the workload need she/he may be assigned also to the duties of Airport Coordinator, Ramp Coordinator, Load Controller

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experienced applicants shall have 1 - 4 years’ experience as a station officer
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
  • Able to work under pressure and on shift-bases

  • Residency location near to Cairo International Airport
