Job Responsibility
Management of Routine Maintenance, Aircraft Incidents & AOG's
Manpower planning, recruitment and staff performance management
Ensuring appropriate spares, tooling and facilities are available at each location
Conducting regular visits to Line Stations across the UK, ensuring staff welfare and regulatory compliance
Investigating Maintenance Delays, Engineering Safety Reports and Non-Compliances & implementing strategies to prevent recurrence
Requirements
Proven experience in a management role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager or similar)
Strong team management skills, with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
Flexible, hands-on approach to leadership
Full computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Nice to have
Knowledge of Aviation Processes is an advantage but not essential
