Client contractual aircraft requirements and CASA Regulation
Manage and analyse trends in aircraft defects and turnaround time for rectification
Working and communicating to our clients regarding “on the ground issues”
reporting and keeping head office informed
Providing support and training through toolbox talks to ensure engineers are up to date with process, regulation/internal procedures and safe work priorities
Active participation in interviews for new positions within the Station
Conflict management and ensuring morale within the team is high
