Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in an international/multi-site environment
Solid knowledge of payroll and HR processes
Proficient in Excel and other Office tools
Good knowledge of Belgian labor law
Accurate, organized, and service-oriented
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
Willing to occasionally visit locations in the Benelux

Job Responsibility

Manage the time registration system Timegrip and guide station managers in its use
Keep employee records up to date in Workday
Transfer, validate, and check master data from Workday to SD Worx People and eBlox Payroll
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with SD Worx
Handle administrative follow-up of insurances
Manage fringe benefits
Perform various calculations for bonuses and other salary components
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions
Support onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding processes
Monitor legal obligations and labor legislation

Work with our Exec Chef to capture recipe photos and step-by-step prep instructions (yes, you will be around a lot of food)
Run weights & measures checks to make sure our dishes stay consistent and delicious
Support with recipe costings and upload data across our systems
