Job Description:

Station Attendant position at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa, responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen station cleanliness while ensuring quality standards and providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Communicate assistance needed during busy periods to Chef
Notify manager if product does not meet specifications
Check temperature of appliances and food
Monitor quantity of food prepared and portions served
Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
Serve food in proper portions
Set-up, clean and break down work station
Wash and disinfect kitchen area including tables, tools, knives, and equipment
Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping, and storing
Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
Prepare and cook food

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
