Broad Experience: A mix of Commercial and Domestic experience is highly preferred

Reliability: As this is a static role in Upavon, we are looking for someone local or within easy commuting distance who takes pride in site ownership

Job Responsibility

Executing planned maintenance schedules (PPMs) to ensure site safety and compliance
Responding swiftly to reactive electrical faults and breakdowns
Carrying out minor installations and project works (e.g., lighting upgrades, circuit modifications, and socket installs)
Supporting the wider facilities team with general building services tasks as required

Job Responsibility
