Job Description:

Randstad C&P are currently working with a global FM client to onboard and experienced Static Maintenance Electrician in Morpeth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems (e.g., distribution boards, lighting, machinery, and equipment)
  • Fault-finding and troubleshooting of electrical issues that may arise across the site
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards (18th Edition, etc.)
  • Responding to and addressing any electrical faults or breakdowns promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the site's operations
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on equipment to avoid future issues
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a recognised electrician qualification (NVQ Level 3)
  • Successful completion an electrician apprenticeship or have equivalent experience working as an electrician
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Over 5 years of FM experience
  • Ability to collaborate within a team or as an individual where required
  • Ability to pass Level 3 DBS check
