Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a key site in Croydon. You will provide essential electrical and multiskilled maintenance, ensuring the facility remains safe and operational.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver electrical PPM and reactive tasks (fault-finding on lighting/power)
  • Support general fabric repairs: carpentry, plumbing, and decorating
  • Manage CAFM data (Maximo), RAMS, and site consumables
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure KPI/SLA compliance
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.

Requirements

  • Recognized Electrical qualification level 3 & 18th Edition (Essential)
  • First Aid at Work & strong H&S knowledge
  • Multiskilled experience in a public/corporate environment.
