Camp Australia is Australia’s leading provider of Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), and we’re on the lookout for a passionate and strategic State Operations Manager to join our high-performing team across Western Australia. This is your opportunity to make a true impact in the lives of children, families, and communities by driving service excellence, sustainable growth, and team development in a values-led organisation. As the State Operations Manager, you’ll work under the guidance of the General Manager while overseeing our highest-value services to ensure they meet and exceed quality standards. You’ll lead a team of Regional Managers and educators, supporting them to deliver exceptional care and drive enrolment growth across the state.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead service delivery across WA, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework
  • Drive operational and financial performance across your portfolio
  • Coach and develop Regional/Area Managers to achieve performance, growth, and enrolment targets
  • Monitor enrolments and implement strategies for sustainable growth
  • Build strong relationships with schools, families, regulators, and industry bodies

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in OSHC, childcare, or a related sector
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of the NQF and compliance standards
  • Business acumen and understanding of P&L
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
