Job Responsibility

  • Lead Operations deliverables within the assigned project from EPC, Brownfield, Greenfield, Commissioning, Start-up, and Handover of the running facility to Asset operations
  • Lead activities associated with Operations deliverables during construction, dynamic commissioning, early operations and Start-up till the unit stabilises and following, assist with the handover process
  • Coordinate the integrated organization through Start-up phase until stable operation
  • Front line decision making during emergencies and troubleshooting abnormalities
  • Required to work extended hours in support of operations
  • Adhering towards the Shutdown Management System (SDMS) Gate deliverables for all Greenfield / Brownfield work

Requirements

  • 8 years experience in gas operations including 3 years in various project development activities, i.e. commissioning and start-up
  • Understanding of operability assurance processes, business planning, business controls, project management, environmental regulations, and safety systems
  • Planning, budget management and organizational skills
  • Leadership and consensus building skills
  • Computer literacy including MS Office applications
  • Managed projects with high emphasis on commissioning and with specific experience of starting up new facilities
  • Able to work and make decisions under highly stressful conditions
