Job Description:

The Starbucks Barista at The Westin Peachtree Plaza Atlanta will perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and stocking, preparing food and coffee beverages, and handling customer orders. The role also includes maintaining a clean and professional workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards, and building positive relationships with guests and team members.

Job Responsibility:

Input orders, take payments, and prepare food and beverages
Assist guests and anticipate their needs
Maintain a professional and safe working environment
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

Requirements:

Complete opening and closing duties
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Input orders into cash register system
Take orders and prepare food and beverages
Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and work areas
Obtain change and handle cashier reports
Follow company safety and security policies
Maintain professional appearance
Welcome and assist guests
Develop positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, and moving through confined spaces
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
No related work experience required
