Job Responsibility:

  • Provide hands-on training and guidance for new dining room servers in accordance with Senior Star's training plans
  • model and uphold dining service standards, customer service excellence, and teamwork expectations
  • foster a warm and inclusive environment that helps new associates feel welcomed, confident, and valued
  • observe and assess the progress of new associates
  • share timely, constructive feedback with supervisors
  • coach and encourage new team members through challenges and celebrate milestones and growth
  • promote Senior Star's culture, mission, and values
  • remain available for support and questions beyond the formal training period
  • assist with resolving training obstacles
  • demonstrate flexibility in scheduling
  • adapt positively to workflow or team changes

  • prepare the dining room for meal service

  • clean and reset the dining room after meals
