  • Maintain project documentation including permits and engineering documents. Ensure that the required documents are obtainaed, organized, and filed correctl
  • Create and maintain project schedules including milestones, deadlines, and progress for accurate project tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors to log payments and purchase orders in an accurate manner to support maintaining the budget
  • Track project progress and performance to internal and external requirements
  • Keep meeting minutes and follow-up actions to support project progression
  • Conduct site visits occasionally to review the progress from the site and meet with project stakeholders and partners.
