Job Responsibility

  • Manage complaint handling and mediation processes involving customers, external entities, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure the collection, validation, and consolidation of information required for preparing responses
  • Coordinate with different areas of the organization and operational partners (BPO)
  • Monitor operational and performance indicators (SLA, KPI), contributing to the achievement of targets
  • Support data analysis and operational reporting, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Participate in process optimization and the implementation of improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Management, Economics, and/or Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
