Job Responsibility
Manage complaint handling and mediation processes involving customers, external entities, and key stakeholders
Ensure the collection, validation, and consolidation of information required for preparing responses
Coordinate with different areas of the organization and operational partners (BPO)
Monitor operational and performance indicators (SLA, KPI), contributing to the achievement of targets
Support data analysis and operational reporting, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Participate in process optimization and the implementation of improvement initiatives
Requirements
Master’s degree in Management, Economics, and/or Engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments with high regulatory complexity
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving objectives
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders
Critical thinking and analytical mindset to support decision-making
Functional knowledge of information systems and reporting tools, particularly Power BI and advanced Excel
Experience in complaint management, regulatory processes, or mediation
Experience coordinating with operational teams and outsourcing partners (BPO)
Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive matters with professionalism and balance
