Job Description:

6 months Internship position starting from August; 39-hour per week internship agreement; internship bonus in accordance with current legislation

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the People & Culture team in recruiting, onboarding, training and developing the employees of the hotel
  • Help in preparing offer letters and labour related documents pertinent to each role
  • Assist in the office supplies and collaterals, processing orders and any administrative work on the People and Culture platform Workday
  • Assist in coordinating onsite training and orientations, in organizing employee related events and initiatives
  • Help in screening and in responding to applications, checking references and processing new hire paperwork
  • Represent together with the Team the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in the hotel
  • Management of TimeSheets (employee attendance sheets)
  • Creation of new employee files on ADP and Workday
  • Creation and distribution of NameTag and badge cards to new employees
  • Participation in recruitment and collaboration with department managers
  • Take candidate references and validate candidates
  • Creation of content to promote our job offers
  • Setting up events and activities to promote the Four Seasons Group's ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and DIB (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging) policies

Requirements:
