Job Description:

You will support client engagement events and activities supporting a customer-centric culture with a particular focus on the retail network across EMEA and support with some ad-hoc tasks for the department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the EMEA Clients’ team with the implementation of various clients’ events: Prepare presentation materials
  • Track the return on investment (ROI) of events
  • To be in charge of entering EMEA invoices
  • Assist the Client Event Manager in monitoring and preparing budgets for each event
  • Liaise with vendors for the organization and handle the billing process
  • Support the logistical planning of events, including transportation, orders, and other operational needs

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of communications
  • Rigorous, responsive, and able to make suggestions
  • Have a feel for products
  • Good interpersonal and writing skills
  • Excellent level of English and French (working languages)
  • Fluent in Excel and Power Point

Nice to have:

A first experience in Luxury Retail would be a plus
