You will support client engagement events and activities supporting a customer-centric culture with a particular focus on the retail network across EMEA and support with some ad-hoc tasks for the department.
Job Responsibility:
Support the EMEA Clients’ team with the implementation of various clients’ events: Prepare presentation materials
Track the return on investment (ROI) of events
To be in charge of entering EMEA invoices
Assist the Client Event Manager in monitoring and preparing budgets for each event
Liaise with vendors for the organization and handle the billing process
Support the logistical planning of events, including transportation, orders, and other operational needs
Requirements:
Good knowledge of communications
Rigorous, responsive, and able to make suggestions
Have a feel for products
Good interpersonal and writing skills
Excellent level of English and French (working languages)
Fluent in Excel and Power Point
Nice to have:
A first experience in Luxury Retail would be a plus
