Job Description

Your role will be to drive and implement Client Engagement activities in the region, supporting a customer centric culture within the retail network. This role will support the EMEA client team in reports and handle stores’ periodical requests.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive and implement Client Engagement activities in the region, supporting a customer centric culture within the retail network
  • Support the EMEA client team in reports and handle stores’ periodical requests
  • Support Client Development team in generating recurring weekly and monthly reports
  • Handle stores’ periodical requests such as clients’ re-assignment and data cleansing
  • Support Client Development team to prepare lists of clients for outreach campaign
  • Support the EMEA Client team to prepare presentation (guidelines for outreach, gifting, etc. for retail team)
  • Support EMEA Client team for ad hoc projects when necessary

Requirements

  • You are currently in a Master's program and are looking for an internship at the end of your studies
  • Excellent skills for Excel and other Office Software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Articulate and precise in communication

Nice to have

Prior experience in CRM system and statistical tools will be an advantage
