As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a confident and highly organised Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Coventry Head Office team. This is not your average recruitment role. You’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same. One minute you could be coordinating staffing for a large-scale event, the next you’ll be supporting recruitment activity, liaising with clients, or ensuring operational teams have everything they need to deliver successfully. Job Responsibility:
Coordinating and scheduling 300+ staff across multiple sites nationwide
Managing rotas, shift allocations and timesheets
Supporting end-to-end recruitment activity from application through to onboarding
Conducting candidate screening interviews and remote inductions
Building strong relationships with staff, clients and operational teams
Communicating staffing updates and event information clearly and efficiently
Ensuring recruitment KPIs and compliance processes are consistently achieved
Updating internal systems, spreadsheets and staffing databases
Supporting operations teams during live events and busy periods
Assisting with performance management and general HR-related matters
Identifying improvements and bringing fresh ideas to enhance processes and service delivery
Working collaboratively across departments to support business needs
Requirements:
Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, HR, events, or workforce coordination
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management ability
Confidence managing multiple priorities at once
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support others
A solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to contribute new ideas
