Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, onboarding activities, and new hire orientations
Manage job postings and candidate communications using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Collect and maintain candidate documentation and records
Assist recruiters with screening and pipeline management tasks
Provide exceptional service to candidates, clients, and hiring managers
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and industry regulations
Prepare regular staffing reports and support special talent acquisition projects
Requirements:
Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or an administrative support role preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS/HRIS platforms is a plus
High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
