Job Description

We are looking for a Staff User Experience Designer to join our User Experience team. This role is ideal for a seasoned UX professional who thrives on solving complex design challenges, mentoring others in design craft, and driving high-impact work across teams. You’ll use research, data, and design thinking to create user-centric solutions that deliver measurable product outcomes and influence design execution across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead complex design projects that span multiple teams, domains, or platforms
  • Mentor and guide other designers in UX craft and execution
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape priorities, ideas, and implementation
  • Advocate for design excellence, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability across the user experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in UX, product, or visual design with a strong track record of leading initiatives

  • Proficiency in crafting wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and final UI assets
  • Experience delivering polished, production-ready designs in collaboration with engineering

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for collaboration with global teams
  • Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus, but ability to design for complex technical domains is essential
