  • Architect and deliver scalable Angular applications that support change management workflows and orchestration-driven operations
  • Design intuitive UI experiences for complex, multi-step orchestration processes, ensuring clarity and control for end users
  • Define and enforce frontend coding standards, component architecture patterns, and testing strategies across the team
  • Integrate Angular applications with backend orchestration engines and workflow APIs, ensuring reliable and performant data flows
  • Lead performance optimization efforts including lazy loading, change detection tuning, bundle analysis, and build efficiency
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex orchestration concepts into clean, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design for frontend builds, automated testing, and enterprise deployment workflows
  • Champion access control implementation on the frontend, including RBAC, ABAC, and Azure AD / SSO integration patterns

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional frontend development experience
  • At least 3 years in a team lead or frontend architect role
  • Deep expertise in Angular (v14+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management libraries such as NgRx or Akita
  • Hands-on experience building UIs for change management, workflow orchestration, or process automation platforms in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of component-driven architecture, micro-frontends, and Angular module federation
  • Proven experience integrating Angular applications with orchestration engines, workflow APIs, or event-driven backend services
  • Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization — OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, ABAC, and Azure AD / SSO patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify and visualize complex, multi-step processes into intuitive and responsive user interfaces
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and enterprise project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Proven track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across cross-functional, distributed teams
