Job Responsibility

  • Help lead the technical strategy, planning, and execution of Teradata's cross-functional engineering and AI initiatives
  • Support alignment between architecture, product management, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that power Teradata Cloud and Teradata AI Studio
  • Apply a data-driven approach to technical program delivery—ensuring execution predictability, operational excellence, and quality outcomes across the software and systems lifecycle
  • Use foundational AI skills to explore and implement ways AI can enhance productivity, innovation, and impact across our workforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience managing software or cloud engineering programs, ideally in a global or cross-functional environment
  • Solid understanding of software and systems architecture, development lifecycles, and cloud-based delivery models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical initiatives using Agile or SAFe methodologies
  • Foundational AI skills and the ability to understand how AI can be applied to improve outcomes in your area of expertise

Nice to have

  • PMP/PgMP or equivalent (or progress toward certification)
  • Experience supporting programs involving AI, data analytics, or cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, or IRAP
