  • Ensure implemented solutions align to intended business processes and operational goals
  • Own and evolve systems and workflows supporting product catalog management, pricing structures, packaging, quoting, discounting, approvals, and commercial governance
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and GTM teams to operationalize new products, pricing models, and commercial motions quickly and accurately
  • Drive scalable approaches to consumption-based pricing, quote standardization, approval governance, and commercial process automation
  • Support operational readiness for product and pricing launches across systems, workflows, and enablement processes
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across GTM, Finance, Product, RevOps, Legal, and Engineering teams
  • Provide clear communication, status updates, decision framing, and prioritization transparency across initiatives
  • Define and track KPIs related to quoting efficiency, operational accuracy, launch readiness, adoption, and process health
  • Measure and communicate the operational and business impact of delivered initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
