Job Description:

We’re looking for a Staff Systems Engineer, GTM, to help us evolve our Salesforce CRM to the next level to meet the needs of our rapidly scaling global business. You are a highly skilled Salesforce technology professional capable of working across all levels of the organization. You are adept at crafting, implementing, and evolving out-of-the-box and custom solutions that employ best practices for systems integration (API and IPaaS Solutions) across the SFDC ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and drive the critical projects and technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and related systems
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions
  • Spearhead key strategic initiatives, such as process automation and data integration efforts
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and executives across the organization
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers
  • Address high-impact, complex technical challenges
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks
  • Contribute to the broader tech community
  • Own the Salesforce ecosystem fully

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly billing, revenue recognition, and order management
  • Ability to evaluate and compare alternative solutions based on cloud costs and performance implications
  • Skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in setting and executing strategic technical visions
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and IPaaS solutions
  • Experience with event-driven architectures
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges
  • Salesforce Developer I & II certifications are required
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
  • Ability to collaborate in a highly geographically dispersed team environment
