The Role: The Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) team supports the definition, design, and development of continuously improving mobility services. SDV is a new vehicle intelligence platform that will underpin all our future innovations across a wide range of technological advancements, including EVs and expanded automated driving. This means that you can potentially put a fingerprint on the vehicles that drive down the road! This role is for a highly technical quality leader who understands how connectivity software systems are built, integrated, tested, and released. The right candidate will bring deep expertise in areas such as cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Ethernet, and related vehicle communication systems, and will help ensure our connectivity software is reliable, scalable, and ready for production. You will work across development, validation, integration, suppliers, and operations teams to drive quality from architecture through release. This is a staff-level technical leadership role focused on building robust test strategy, improving software health visibility, and raising the quality bar across the connectivity organization.
