They power the operational backbone for thousands of multi-location businesses (think end-to-end workflow, payments, reporting, and integrations), and they’re now in a modernization + scale phase with new leadership and a mandate to ship faster. Head of Engineering is rebuilding velocity, culture, and technical foundation. He’s hiring for a cornerstone hire: a well-rounded full-stack Staff Engineer to lead by example, ship fast, and help level up the team. Not a seat-filler — a hands-on builder/executioner.
