My client is known for assembling some of the strongest engineering talent in the market, the kind trusted to solve problems other teams can’t. I’m partnering with them to hire multiple Staff Software Engineer to help design and deliver bespoke AI-powered solutions for organisations tackling complex, high-impact challenges. They’re brought in when internal teams are stuck, when speed matters, and when the problem isn’t clearly defined yet. The team works in client environments, so adaptability matters. The focus is solving the problem — not pushing a specific stack. The environment is tech agnostic.
