Job Responsibility:
Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for Miter’s core systems and product lines
Lead cross-team initiatives to tackle our most difficult and ambiguous engineering challenges
Actively find new ways to elevate the engineering organization through mentorship, design reviews, and other tooling/process improvements
Requirements:
8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership experience in roles
Deep expertise in system architecture, reliability, and maintainability
Curiosity to explore emerging technologies and push technical boundaries in line with business needs
Proven ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and products
Ability to lead with humility while driving consensus and high standards
