Requirements:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development and operating software systems at massive scale
  • Mastery of Java with Spring Framework
  • Expertise in AI/ML, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and DevOps methodologies
  • Proficiency in Go, Python or other object-oriented languages
  • Strong command of AI/ML algorithms, methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Foundational knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Proficient in end-to-end application development with test-first TDD methodologies and comprehensive unit testing
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML orchestration tools such as LangChain and MLflow
  • In-depth knowledge of observability practices and APM tools
  • Proven experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in designing complex systems for scalability and simplicity
  • Experience in group software development
  • Fluent user of version control tools, especially Git
