Requirements:

13+ years of experience
proven track record of delivering complex software solutions in fast-paced environments
expert in at least one technical area critical to the platform (e.g., database optimization, service frameworks, Kafka, container orchestration)
deep understanding of modern software development methodologies (TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Deployment)
strong architectural mindset
excellent communication skills
natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team
