The Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer (Tech Lead) is a senior individual contributor and hands-on technical leader responsible for building, architecting, and optimizing Caremark’s next-generation digital experiences across web, mobile, and API layers. This role sets the technical direction for full-stack engineering teams, architects scalable and secure solutions, and ensures exceptional user experiences for millions of members, clients, and pharmacies. The Staff Engineer is a multiplier — elevating the engineering bar, mentoring teams, and driving the delivery of high-impact capabilities. You will work across the full stack — React/React Native, Node/Java/Python/Go, GraphQL, microservices, cloud infrastructure (Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and observability — to deliver high-performance, reliable, and accessible digital products.
