Job Description

Build and scale Nooks’ integrations (SEP, CRM, Call Logging, ETL) so customer workflows connect seamlessly into the Dialer.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs + CRMs
  • Own data pipelines to handle billions of data points (Tasks, Prospects, Accounts, ETL, retries, rate limits)
  • Drive reliability and monitoring for integrations (uptime, latency, error rates)
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM on customer-impactful integration priorities
  • Mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within Core Dialer

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years backend experience, with strong SaaS integrations work
  • Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting
  • Strong systems background with focus on reliability, observability, and monitoring
  • History of building frameworks for integrations (not just point-to-point)
