The Member Growth Engineering team builds the digital experiences that help new members discover Spring Health and guide all members to the right care at the right moment. We are moving beyond traditional funnels to build a D2C brand and a habit-forming product. You will be charged with using the latest advancements in AI to iterate rapidly on acquisition loops, activation pathways, and nurturing experiences to convert and re-engage members, ultimately driving Spring’s mission of eliminating every barrier to mental health.

Requirements:
At least 10 years experience as a software engineer
Preferably at least 3 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
At least 4 years of experience with modern AI technologies
At least 3 years of experience building developer platforms and tool chains
Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity
