Job Description

DUTIES : Work in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improving existing capabilities. Customize, develop, and support solutions on the force.com platform. Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements. Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes. Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Java Script, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce to extend Salesforce. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform. Possess knowledge of public Cloud architectures and systems like AWS, Azure including security aspects. Help drive designs towards scalable platforms, asynchronous, functional, and reactive systems. Solve complex business and engineering problems. Mentor and guide other engineers within the team. Negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively. Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes. Document and analyze processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented. Create and maintain a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members. Stay current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Staff Engineer, or related role. Five (5) years of experience with: Salesforce Administration
  • Salesforce Force.com Programming
  • Systems integration with common web services APIs
  • Solutioning and architecture including implementing best-fit Salesforce technologies
  • Data management and transformation
