10+ years of software development experience
Proven track record of delivering complex customer-facing software products on time and of high quality
Strong foundation in software engineering, including problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, and concurrency
Strong full stack technical depth in two or more of: .NET / C#, React, React Native, cloud-native backend services (Azure preferred)
