Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement robust, scalable features using React Native and TypeScript for our clinical applications
Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high coding standards across the team
Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering their professional growth and technical skills
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy discussions
Provide technical support for production issues, including troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing fixes
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software development experience
Expert-level proficiency in React Native and TypeScript
Strong understanding of mobile application development principles and best practices
Working knowledge of React and Swift
Experience with code review processes and version control systems
Proven ability to mentor and guide other developers
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Experience with monorepo architecture and Nx workspace management
Proficiency with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of SonarQube for code quality analysis
Experience with Docker containerization
Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
