Job Responsibility:

Lead multiple pod teams comprising approximately ~20 engineers in an onshore/offshore model
Work with the team to build high-quality, usable products to customers and stakeholders
Create work for different pods led by senior engineers
Work hands-on with difficult features
Develop proofs of concept (POCs) to ensure feasibility and optimal solution approaches
Educate both business and technology personnel on the development process
Create products from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery
Maintain a user-centered and business-as-priority approach in design perspective and practice

Requirements:

7+ years of experience with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment, preferably in a J2EE development environment
7+ years of Java development experience while utilizing Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC
4+ years of experience with frontend development including Angular 8+, React, or similar
3+ year of experience using Agile concepts such as continuous integration (CI/CD) and test-driven development (TDD) with strong debugging and performance optimization techniques, including feature flagging

Nice to have:

Cloud development experience
PaaS and/or SaaS development experience
