Job Description:

Design and develop enterprise software applications and platforms for CVS Health, focusing on transforming health care through digital solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop enterprise software applications and platforms
  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet business requirements
  • Determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation
  • Upgrade existing software applications and/or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Develop and deploy application components, and support unit testing and bug fixes
  • Participate in AGILE Scrum meetings and/or CI/CD
  • Support applications, systems, and databases used to process appointment schedule, prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in software development
  • 5 years of experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • 5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
  • 5 years of experience in domain support for healthcare or retail organization, including providing data analytics support
  • 5 years of experience in mobile applications development
  • 5 years of experience contributing to largescale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects
  • 5 years of experience with REST, SOAP, or Web Services
  • 5 years of experience with CircleCI, GIT, or GitHub Actions
  • 5 years of experience with Kotlin, Android, Java, or Gradle
  • 5 years of experience with XML, JSON, or Compose
  • 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles
