Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks
  • Utilize advanced programming skills to design and implement complex features
  • Identify and solve complex technical problems
  • Deliver technical insights and recommendations
  • Provide recommendations on technology selection and integration
  • Apply deep technical expertise to troubleshoot issues

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical lead role
  • 7+ years of experience with developing applications/web services and cloud-native apps using technologies like Java, React, Angular, Spring Boot, REST API, JPA, messaging
  • 5+ years of experience with agile development

Nice to have:

  • 5+ years of designing and developing highly scalable Microservices, Webservices, and Rest API’s
  • 5+ years of designing and developing in a Test-Driven Development environment
  • 3+ years of experience with build and deploying services in CI/CD with using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI
  • 3+ years of experience with source management tools like GitHub, GitLab
  • 3+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience working in cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, AWS, etc
  • Experience in Accessibility (A11y) and web performance and stability best practices
