Job Responsibility

Lead and drive technical initiatives that impact company and area-level directions
Actively partner with your Engineering Manager counterpart and all engineering teams across the entire tech
Provide accountability for all the technical initiatives led
Work closely with the technical leaders of the area and the company to develop an effective technical strategy
Act as a point of reference for our Engineering teams, especially regarding Reliability, Resiliency, High Availability, Scalability, Observability, Performance, and Incident Response
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching inside and outside the team
Actively take part in the incident response and management process
