Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments and client companies
Develop smart sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring managers
Represent MVT at job fairs, college campuses, and military bases
Build strategic partnerships with leadership to improve recruitment processes
Positively promote MVT’s employer brand in the community
Requirements:
1–2 years of recruiting experience (required)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like Tenstreet and resume databases like Indeed (preferred)
Microsoft Office experience (required)
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge (preferred)
Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Demonstrates reliable attendance and strong time management
Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus!
