Job Responsibility

Build trusting partnerships with Product, Program and Engineering leaders to synchronize Super Cruise development with hardware/software cycles and provide critical insights on program status, dependencies, and strategic trade-offs
Draft and track Program Milestones with clear success criteria, integrating guidance from Product Requirement Documents, Vehicle Program rollout plans, and company-wide software release schedules
Own the Program Risk Register and coordinate the resolution of critical bottlenecks
proactively identify systemic risks early and facilitate the development of robust mitigation plans
Lead recurring Program, Risk, and Milestone Reviews while acting as a PMO SME to coach and guide peers on industry best practices, GM-specific processes and professional excellence
Manage the centralized Jira Align/Jira/Confluence ecosystem and facilitate the adoption of new operational rhythms to provide executive-level reporting and data-driven insights to senior leadership
