Job Responsibility:

  • Shape end-to-end positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy for Handshake AI (HAI) focused on frontier labs while ensuring narratives complement Handshake’s broader story about fellows and early-career talent
  • Drive HAI go-to-market strategy for major launches and initiatives in partnership with Product, Sales, and the broader Marketing team
  • Serve as the end-to-end PMM owner for HAI with Sales, acting as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for how HAI shows up in lab-facing conversations (value props, proof points, pricing/packaging narratives, objection handling)
  • Partner with HAI Product and Sales leadership to influence long-term product and GTM strategy using customer, competitive, and market insights
  • synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations that guide executive decisions
  • Lead sales enablement for HAI, partnering with Sales to identify gaps and build new assets (playbooks, talk tracks, competitive one-pagers, pitch materials) and training
  • Own GTM performance measurement for HAI (pipeline, win rates, attach, deal velocity), translating data into clear insights and iterating narratives and plays based on what drives revenue impact
  • Partner with event marketing to translate HAI positioning into compelling in-person and virtual experiences for AI lab audiences—owning messaging for executive dinners, field events, and conference activations
  • Elevate the PMM function by codifying HAI GTM frameworks, launch templates, and messaging systems that can be reused across products and teams
  • mentor other PMMs and marketers working on AI and data products

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing in B2B enterprise environments
  • At least 2 years working with Gen AI
  • Ability to influence at all levels, including executive
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder launches
  • Experience with sales enablement, including creating competitive positioning and technical demo materials
  • Excel at 0-to-1 program building—comfortable building from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and scaling based on data
