Staff Product Manager

• Directly own strategy and roadmap for all developer products
• Perform market analysis to identify opportunities
• Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Create and prioritize multi-release feature roadmap
• Lead beta and pilot programs
• Represent the customer and build customer relationships
• Drive compelling demos at customer events
• Provide API platform for other product teams
• Measure success and impact of products
• Represent Checkr as product expert at events

• Deep expertise in building products used by developers
• API design skills
• Knowledge of working with distributed systems and integration
• Expertise in the integration market
• Ability to drive roadmap for developer products portfolio
• Sustained track record of partnering with engineering teams
• Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams
• Experience leading end-to-end product realization
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• At least 5 years of experience in technical product management with developer-focused products
