Job Description:

GoodParty.org is looking for a growth and user obsessed Staff Product Manager to join us in our mission of making people matter more than money in our democracy. GoodParty.org is on a mission to make people matter more than money in our democracy by empowering Independent candidates to run, win, and serve. Our AI-powered platform provides free tools to Independent candidates to run their campaigns, connect with voters, and serve their communities effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Turn ideas into scalable product solutions that empower independents to explore a run for office, run winning campaigns, and serve in office
  • Organize user research and testing
  • Productize emerging AI tools to improve products and features
  • Create cohesive funnels that drive user adoption, growth, and unlock a viable path for independent candidates
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to validate ideas, learn from user interactions or feedback, and improve metrics

Requirements:

  • 8+ year track record of building tech products
  • Proven A-player with increasing responsibility and success
  • Experience building something from scratch or being very early on a product that scaled
  • Obsessed with user research and making users successful
  • Analytical with a metrics mindset and data, optimization, and problem-solving skills
  • Actively using emerging AI tools and understanding the basics of prompt engineering
  • Baseline understanding of how the American political system works
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • Pursues understanding user perspectives and behavior with curiosity and empathy
  • Communicates directly, honestly, and is open to candid feedback
  • Located physically in the United States

  • Experience working in small, tight-knit, fast-paced remote teams
  • Experience in civic tech, political campaigns, or democracy-focused initiatives
